You can place an order directly on our website or via WhatsApp.

✅ Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We cater to corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. Simply fill up the form at our “Contact us” page, or WhatsApp for custom platter pricing.

To get notification for Bento Kueh Sets, join our Telegram Channel by clicking here.
-We send regular updates on available sets (2–3 times weekly, sometimes non if we have private events).
–If a set interests you, simply DM back via Telegram to confirm (no obligations at all).
-We’ll send payment details, and your pre order will be confirmed upon payment received.
✅ Do you provide cutlery & napkins?
To support sustainability, we do not automatically include disposable cutlery. Let us know during checkout if you need them (additional fee applies).

While we are not yet halal-certified, we are deeply committed to providing Nonya Kuehs that are thoughtfully prepared to meet the expectations of our Muslim customers.

🥥 Kueh Storage & Freshness
For optimal taste, enjoy your Nonya kuehs on the same day. If storing:
-Refrigerate rice-based kuehs in the chiller section (not more than 3 days).
-Reheat by steaming for 4–5 minutes or microwaving with a small cup of water for 1–2 minutes.
-Best consumed within 24 hours of purchase.

🖨️ Kueharmony Print Studio (Overview)
✅ What is Kueharmony Print Studio?
Kueharmony Print Studio creates made-to-order 3D-printed items and personalised pieces. Each item is produced individually, so slight variations are normal and part of the handmade charm.
✅ What kind of items do you offer?
We offer a range of personalised and 3D-printed items (depending on availability). If you have a specific idea, feel free to contact us and we’ll advise what’s possible.
✅ Do you accept custom requests that are not shown on the page?
No. We only accept what is being build from the builder.
✨ Customization & Personalization
✅ What can I customise?
Depending on the item, you may customise:
- 🔤 Name/text (spelling is important)
- 🎨 Colour(s)
- 📏 Size (within printing limits)
- 🧩 Simple layout/style options (where available)
✅ How do I submit my order?
Please key in your details exactly at “Send Quote Request” form. If we need clarification, we’ll contact you before printing.
✅ Will I receive a preview before printing?
What you see in the builder is what you will be getting, we will confirm the final details before production begins.
✅ Can you match an exact colour?
We will do our best, but exact colour matching is not guaranteed due to screen settings, lighting, and material batch differences.
🛒 Ordering & Payment Options
✅ How do I place an order?
Your order will be sent to us after you click the “Create Order” button within the builder and your order will be sent to us. Fill in the form and click the “Send Quote Request” button and we will get back to you with regards to the price.
✅ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card / PayNow / Paylah payment. A unique link will be sent to you for online payment via Stripe if payment by Credit Card.
📌 Manual payment is accepted as well via PayNow/Paylah, you may send a screenshot of your receipt to (65) 8321-1257 once payment is done.
✅ Can I change my order after payment made?
All orders are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed. If you notice an issue immediately after ordering, contact us ASAP—changes are only possible if production has not started.
🎨 Colours, Materials & Print Finish
✅ Will the colours look the same as what I see on my phone/computer?
Colours may vary slightly from your screen due to lighting, screen settings, and material batches.
✅ What if the colour I selected is unavailable?
If selected colours are unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone with alternatives before proceeding.
✅ Will there be layer lines or small imperfections?
Minor layer lines or small imperfections may be present due to the nature of 3D printing. We aim for a clean finish, but small marks/lines can occur and are considered normal.
✅ Are the items waterproof or food-safe?
Unless specifically stated, items are intended for display and light everyday use. Please avoid soaking, dishwashing, or food-contact use.
📏 Size, Tolerances & Product Care
✅ Are the dimensions exactly the same as stated?
Final product dimensions may have slight tolerances due to printing and finishing.
✅ Are the items durable?
Items are designed for normal handling, but they are not intended for rough handling, bending force, or repeated impact.
✅ Can I expose the item to heat?
Please avoid high heat (e.g., hot water, ovens, open flames, car dashboards). Items may soften or warp under heat.
✅ How do I care for my item?
🧼 Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking and harsh chemicals.
⏱️ Production Time & Bulk Orders
✅ How long does production take?
Production time varies depending on item complexity, size, and our current queue. If you have a deadline, contact us first and we’ll advise the timeline.
✅ Do bulk orders take longer?
Yes. Larger or bulk orders will require longer production time. We may schedule printing in batches to maintain quality.
✅ Do you offer urgent/rush orders?
If you need it urgently, contact us before ordering. Rush production may be possible depending on our schedule (additional fee may apply).
🚚 Collection, Delivery & Packaging
✅ Do you offer self-collection or delivery?
Yes, depending on the options available at checkout. Collection/delivery details will be confirmed after purchase.
✅ How will my items be packed?
We pack items carefully to reduce damage during transit. For delicate designs, we may add extra protective packing.
✅ Can I request a specific delivery date/time?
For special requests, contact us and we’ll advise what’s possible.

✅ Are orders refundable?
All orders are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed, as items are made-to-order.
✅ What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of:
- 📦 Outer packaging
- 🧩 The damaged item
We’ll assess and advise the next steps on a case-by-case basis.
✅ What if I entered the wrong name/text?
Contact us immediately. If printing has not started, we may be able to help. If production has started, changes may not be possible.
✅ Can you print logos/characters/designs I found online?
Please ensure you have the rights/permission to use copyrighted or trademarked designs. We may decline requests that appear to infringe IP.
✅ I’m not sure what to choose—can you help?
Yes. 💬 Tell us the occasion, preferred colours, size, and when you need it, and we’ll recommend the best option.
