✅ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:
-Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
-PayLah, PayNow, GrabPay, Google Pay

✅ How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website or via WhatsApp.
1️⃣ Browse our kueh on our shop page.
2️⃣ Add your favorite kuehs to the cart and proceed to checkout.
3️⃣ Make payment via your preferred method.
4️⃣ Receive an order confirmation with collection/delivery details.
✅ Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We cater to corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. Simply fill up the form at our “Contact us” page, or WhatsApp for custom platter pricing.

✅ How does the Bento Kueh Set ordering work?
To order Bento Kueh Sets, join our WhatsApp subscriber list by messaging us here.
-We send regular updates on available sets (2–3 times weekly, sometimes non if we have private events).
-If a set interests you, simply reply to confirm (no obligations at all).
-We’ll send payment details, and your pre order will be confirmed upon payment received.
✅ Do you provide cutlery & napkins?
To support sustainability, we do not automatically include disposable cutlery. Let us know during checkout if you need them (additional fee applies).

You can explore our Nonya Kueh catalog here and their descriptions.
🕌 Halal & Dietary Information
While we are not yet halal-certified, we are deeply committed to providing Nonya Kuehs that are thoughtfully prepared to meet the expectations of our Muslim customers.
we ensure:
✔️ Ingredients are sourced from halal-certified suppliers.
✔️ Our kitchen maintains strict separation of halal & non-halal items.
✔️ Our staff is trained on hygiene & halal-friendly practices (SFA approved cert).
🥥 Kueh Storage & Freshness
For optimal taste, enjoy your Nonya kuehs on the same day. If storing:
-Refrigerate rice-based kuehs in the chiller section (not more than 3 days).
-Reheat by steaming for 4–5 minutes or microwaving with a small cup of water for 1–2 minutes.
-Best consumed within 24 hours of purchase.

Our delivery service is available from 10 AM – 5 PM, with rates as follows:

Yes, additional delivery slots can be selected during checkout (additional fee applies).

You can coordinate group orders with friends or family to share the delivery cost.
