To maintain the quality and freshness of our handmade products, and to manage production and inventory responsibly:

  • We take great care to prepare your order as requested. However, in rare situations where a specific type of kueh is unavailable due to ingredient supply challenges or other constraints, we reserve the right to:

    • Replace it with another kueh of equal or higher value; and
    • Ensure that any substitution is thoughtfully chosen to maintain the overall quality and experience of your order.
  • Any request to change the selection of kuehs in the Premium Kueh Platter and/or Sweet Bundles categories must be:

    • Agreed upon between Kueharmony and the customer before the order is placed; and
    • May be subject to additional charges if the substituted kueh is of higher value.

7. Future Loyalty Program

We currently offer a loyalty and rewards program for our customers. From time to time, we may enhance, update, or adjust the program structure, rewards, or eligibility criteria.

  • We reserve the right to introduce changes to the loyalty program, or to suspend or discontinue it, at any time and at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
  • Any significant updates or changes will generally be communicated on our website or via email to registered members where appropriate.

Your continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Earning Points

  • Eligibility:
    Customers with a registered account on our website automatically earn Kueharmony points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases made through our online store.

  • Point Accrual:
    Unless otherwise stated, Points are awarded at a rate of 1 Point for every S$1 spent on eligible products, calculated based on the total amount (including delivery fees, taxes, or other charges).

  • Exclusions:
    Certain items or transactions may be excluded from earning Points, including but not limited to:

    • Promotional or discounted items
    • Special sales or bundles
    • Selected payment methods or third‑party integrations

    Any such exclusions will be determined by Kueharmony in its sole discretion and may be updated from time to time.

9. Redeeming Points

  • Redemption Rate:
    Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at the general rate of:
    100 Points = S$1 discount.

  • Non‑Applicability:
    Unless expressly stated otherwise:

    • Points cannot be applied to sale or promotional items;
    • Points cannot be used to offset delivery fees, taxes, or other non‑product charges.
  • Minimum Redemption:
    A minimum of 200 Points is required in a single transaction to redeem for a discount.

Kueharmony reserves the right to review, adjust, or modify the redemption rate and minimum redemption requirements at any time.

10. Point Expiration

  • Validity Period:
    Points and any associated coupons are generally valid for up to 6 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion or campaign.

  • Expiry Notifications:
    As a courtesy, we may send reminder emails approximately 30 days before your Points are due to expire. However:

    • It remains your responsibility to monitor your balance and expiry dates; and
    • Kueharmony is not obligated to reinstate expired Points or coupons.

Unused Points or coupons will automatically expire and be removed from your account after the validity period.

11. Non-Transferability and Non-Exchangeability

  • Non‑Transferable:
    Points are personal to your Kueharmony account and cannot be transferred, assigned, gifted, or combined with another customer’s account.

  • No Cash Value:
    Points are not legal tender, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit outside of the redemption options offered by Kueharmony.

  • Non‑Refundable:
    Once Points are redeemed—whether partially or in full—they cannot be reversed, refunded, or re‑credited to your account, except where required by law or at Kueharmony’s sole discretion.

12. Program Modifications and Termination

  • Amendments:
    Kueharmony reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

    • Modify or update the rewards program structure;
    • Change earning and redemption rules;
    • Suspend or permanently terminate the program, in whole or in part.
  • Customer’s Responsibility:
    It is your responsibility to review the latest program terms and conditions on our website. Your continued participation in the rewards program after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

In the event of program termination, unused Points may expire or be forfeited, subject to any applicable legal requirements and at Kueharmony’s discretion.
