– Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times will be weekdays between 10am to 5pm unless special requirement stated before checking out. Additional charges applies outside of specified timings. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic accidents or vehicle breakdowns are beyond our control, and we seek your understanding.
– Delivery Fees: Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated, or shown during the order/checkout process.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
– Once an order is placed, no cancellations, exchanges, or partial refunds will be allowed.
– Please verify your order details carefully before placing your orders.

Exchange Policy:
-We always strive to prepare every order as requested. However, in the rare event that a specific type of Kueh is unavailable due to ingredient challenges, we reserve the right to replace it with another Kueh of equal or greater value. Rest assured, we’ll always make thoughtful substitutions to maintain the quality and experience of your order.
-Any request to change out Kuehs from the Premium Kueh Platter and/or Sweet Bundles category is subject to agreement between Kueharmony and the customer prior to order placement. The price shall remain the same unless the substituted Kueh is of higher value, in which case an additional charge may apply

7. Future Loyalty Program

While we do currently offer a loyalty program, we may or may not plan to introduce enhancement in the future without prior notice. Any related terms and updates will be announced on our website.

8. Earning Points

-Eligibility: Customers automatically earn Kueharmony points (“Points”) for qualifying purchases made through our store only.
-Point Accrual: Points are awarded at a rate of 1 Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
-Exclusions: Certain products, promotional and or sales items/s, or payment methods may be excluded from earning Points, as specified by Kueharmony.

9. Redeeming Points

-Redemption Rate: 100 Points equate to a $1 discount on future purchases.
-Non-Applicability: Points cannot be redeemed on sale items, taxes, or shipping fees.
-Minimum Redemption: A minimum of 1 points is required to redeem for a discount.

10. Point Expiration

-Validity Period: Points and Coupons are valid for minimum of 3 months and maximum of 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
-Expiry Notification: Customers will receive email notifications 30 days prior to points expiration.

11. Non-Transferability and Non-Exchangeability

-Non-Transferable: Points are personal to the Customer’s account and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with others.
-No Cash Value: Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
-Non-Refundable: Once redeemed, Points cannot be refunded or returned to the member’s account.

12. Program Modifications and Termination

-Amendments: Kueharmony reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including these terms, at any time without prior notice.
-Customer’s Responsibility: It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. General Conditions

-Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
-Fraudulent Activity: Kueharmony reserves the right to suspend or void Points in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
-By participating in the Kueharmony Rewards Program, Customers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
